How It Works
- Contact and Plan
- You submit a contact request for an appointment or quote.
- Studio Lacuna will respond with available appointment times or follow up questions.
- After initial meeting and questions have been answered, Studio Lacuna will send you a quote.
- Once you approve the quote and pay the deposit (if needed), Studio Lacuna begins the work.
- Design and Refine
- Studio Lacuna creates concepts and shares them with you.
- You provide your feedback and edit requests.
- Studio Lacuna incorporates the requested changes. The new drafts are then shared with you.
- You approve a final draft.
- Finalize and Deliver
- Studio Lacuna takes the final approved draft and creates finalized file types needed for your project. (Example: JPEGs for images, PDFs for print forms, etc.)
- Studio Lacuna delivers final items you ordered. Method of delivery depends on what you ordered. (Example: images can be shared via email, signs can be printed and delivered to you, web assets can be published online, etc.)
- You pay remaining balance on your invoice.
